If you have a complaint, we want to know as soon as possible to help us put things right promptly. Just contact our Customer Services Team with your details and a description of your problem. We are here for you Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5.00pm.

We strive to provide a first-class service to all our customers. However, there may be an occasion when you are not happy with this service that you have received. When you contact us for any queries, suggestions, or complaints, we will:
• Let you know we have received your query by sending an initial acknowledgment of receipt of a complaint within 3 working days.
• If you wish to complain about our services, please speak to a member of staff who will try to sort things out for you directly or will put you in touch with someone who can help.
• Tell you who will be responsible for investigating along with their contact details
• Endeavour to return phone calls and emails within three working days
• Do everything we can to resolve things as quickly as possible
• Do what we can to attend within ten working days if a visit to your property is needed
• Keep you regularly informed of progress throughout
• Provide a final response within 21 days or explain why this is not possible
• We will try to put right the first time, but if you are not satisfied with the way your complaint is handled and wish to take the matter further see the next item.
• If you are still dissatisfied having followed all the stages of our internal complaints procedure, you may apply to the Competent Person Scheme below with who we are a member.
